Leonardo Lapietra Nursery L.L.C ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information of clients, prospective clients and website visitors, in compliance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its implementing regulations issued by the UAE Data Office.

• Identity & contact data: name, phone number, email, address, company name.
• Service data: property details, garden requirements, photos you submit, scheduled visits.
• Financial data: billing details, invoices, payment records (processed via licensed providers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited (via cookies — see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications: WhatsApp messages, emails and form submissions you send us.

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases under Article 5 of the PDPL:

• Contract performance — to deliver landscaping, maintenance, irrigation and supply services.
• Legal obligation — to comply with UAE tax, accounting, and commercial laws.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our services and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our authorised employees, contractors, and service teams strictly on a need-to-know basis.
• Trusted processors (hosting, payment processors, accounting providers) under written confidentiality terms.
• UAE government authorities, regulators, or courts when required by law.

Some of our service providers (e.g. cloud hosting) may be located outside the UAE. Where this occurs, transfers are made only to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection recognised by the UAE Data Office, or under appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by Articles 22–23 of the PDPL.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting (minimum 5 years under UAE law) and reporting obligations. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
• Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
• Request data portability where technically feasible.
• File a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and regular backups. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
